Wisdom teeth...

Just got my wisdom teeth pulled today at a specialist. All 4 of them are gone and the bleeding in my mouth has increased XD.
For those of you that haven't gotten your wisdom teeth pulled yet, its quite...nerve wracking. First they put you in a dentistry chair and put a blanket over your body. Then they attack different things to your arms to monitor your heart rate, etc. Then a nose piece goes over your face that gives you pure oxygen and later on, some laughing gas to calm you down. On one of your arms, they put one of those doctor pumps that constrict, then slowly expand out every five minutes. Lastly they put a stethascope (dont know what its called, but its that thing to measure your heartbeat that doctors put against your chest) on your neck to monitor your breathing. When the dentist comes in, he turns on the laughing gas and pours some sort of cold liquid onto your arms, then you feel a little prick at the inside part of your elbow joint. After a few seconds, your entire arm goes numb and you can't feel anything. In a few minutes, whatever they injected into you makes you go to sleep throughout the operation. They also put a cloth over your eyes so that you can't see anything D:
I don't know if I was just dreaming or not, but I think I woke up during the middle of the operation and my mouth hurt like hell X_X;;
After they were done, they put two pieces of cotton gauze into you mouth, one for the right side and one for the left. Then they put some sort of strap onto your head that holds two ice packs in place to lower the swelling of your cheeks. That's when the nausea/dizziness kicks in. I was wheelchaired out into the back where I climbed into the car and went home. Since I got home, I have to change the cotton gauzes every 2 hours and eat food in between. Because my mouth is so sore from the operation, I can only eat soft stuff like mashed potatos and rice porridge for about a week.
Whew this is a bit longer than I anticipated, but I thought I should say it since people are bound to find out sooner or later anyway. I probably won't be on the computer much because I'm supposed to not stress my body too much or else the blood clots will open up and my mouth will have lots of blood mixed with my saliva.
Peace, cya
Ivan
